Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

We offer a 7-day refund policy on faulty items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues due to hygiene reasons. 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item? 

Please email hello@shewhoseas.com with your order details, and we will assist you. 

If an item is out of stock, can I be notified when it returns?

Have you received my return? 

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days and notify you via email.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
  • Orders placed before 12PM AEST on a business day will be dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 12PM AEST will be dispatched the next business day
  • Delivery times vary by location. Please check our Shipping Page for estimated delivery times. 
Do you offer same-day shipping? 

Yes, we offer same-day shipping for Sydney Metro on orders placed before 11AM AEDT (excluding weekends & public holidays). If eligible, the option will appear at checkout with pricing based on your location. 

Can I ship to a PO Box or hotel? 

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes or hotels. 

Can I change my order after placing it? 

Our warehouse processes orders immediately, so we cannot guarantee changes before shipment. If you need an urgent change, contact us ASAP, and we will try our best to assist.

What fabric is used in She Who Seas swimwear? 

Our swimwear is made from a premium blend of 88% recycled polyester and 12% spandex, offering the perfect balance of durability, comfort, and stretch. 

Is your fabric sustainable? 

Yes! Our recycled polyester is made from post-consumer plastics, reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact while maintaining high-performance quality. 

Is the fabric see-through when wet? 

No, our swimwear is non-transparent, ensuring full coverage and confidence in and out of the water. 

Does your swimwear offer UV protection? 

Yes! Our fabric provides UPF 50+ protection, helping shield your skin from harmful UV rays. 

Is the fabric chlorine-resistant? 

Absolutely! Our swimwear is designed to be chlorine-resistant, making it durable for both pool and ocean swims. 

How quickly does the fabric dry? 

Our material is quick-drying, so you won’t feel heavy or uncomfortable after getting out of the water. 

Does the fabric stretch? 

Yes! With a two-way stretch, our swimwear moves with your body, providing a secure yet flexible fit for all activities. 

Will the color fade over time? 

No, our color-retention technology ensures long-lasting vibrancy, even with regular exposure to water, sun, and salt.

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to cancel, please email us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? 

Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly.

To prolong the life of your swimwear: 

  • Rinse in cold water after use
  • Hand wash with mild soap 
  • Avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine and sunscreen stains 
  • Lay flat to dry in shade
